Snoring Aids Reviews
I thought I should do snoring aids reviews with you, so you can best choose one on the market for yourself. There are a lot of them and it can be tough to decide. I have my opinions on a lot of them because I tried them all. I have a really bad snoring problem and it's something that I've been struggling with since my 20's. Snoring is one of those odd things that just starts one day and doesn't go away. And I was stuck looking for a solution because I was driving people nuts. My wife couldn't stand it to the point where she'd kick my out of bed. I have experience when it comes to this, so please take my snoring aids reviews into consideration when you try to beat this problem.
Nasal Strips : These are the little strips that you put on your nose before you go to bed. You've probably seen commercials on television claiming that this will help stop snoring. I gave this a try and it did absolutely nothing for snoring. I think anyone can figure that out based on the fact that you snore from your throat and something on your nose isn't going to change that.
Don't get me wrong though. Nasal strips do have a place. Basically it pulls open your nasal passages, so that you can breath better. If you have breathing issues while you sleep (like sleep apnea) give this a try. It really does help. I've seen players in football wearing these to help breath better.

Jaw Supporter: You've probably never heard of this particular snoring aid because it is new. The way it works is that it wraps around the jaw and pulls it up. It essentially keeps the pressure off the throat area and leaves more airway as you breathe.
This is something that has worked quite well for me. It's just a strap like device that you put on before you go to bed. It takes just a few seconds to put on. And the best part about it is that it worked the very first night that I used it.

Snoring Mouthpiece : I've been seeing more and more of this on television commercials. It's just a mouth guard that you put in your mouth before you go to bed. It works sort of like the jaw supporter, except that its inside your mouth. This is something that also works quite well.
The problem with this particular snoring aid is that it's very hard to swallow while you have it in your mouth. I find this really annoying. I also find that my mouth fills up with saliva throughout the night and I'll wake up throughout the night choking on it. I guess that gives you a good view of what it is like.
