Stop Snoring Exercises


I wanted to talk to you about stop snoring exercises, but frankly they don't exist. I'm sorry. Something as trivial as exercises aren't going to prevent you from snoring. In fact, the act of exercising can actually fatique you and lead to you actually increasing the amount of snoring that you do. I thought that might be a little FYI for you.

If you can't use exercises, than how do you go about beating this problem?

There is only one way that I've been able to figure this out and it comes down to supporting the jaw. Essentially when you go to sleep the muscles in your body go loose. The same muscles that hold up your jaw as you sleep also go loose. This causes a lot of pressure on your throat and inevitably creates the entire problem known as snoring. No amount of stop snoring exercises are going to help you out, so why even try it?

When you get right down to it, the concept of stop snoring exercises is false. Exercises actually help with the problem of sleeping because it creates a much more fatigued state for you. This is just another one of the many things that claim to beat snoring, but actually do nothing for it. It falls under the category of feel good-ery. That type of thing that makes it feel like you're accomplishing something, but you're really not getting anywhere.

I can't help but emphasize the need for snoring aids and looking into them as an option. The ones that actually work on the way that you breathe are the ones that are going to produce results for you. I feel like the jaw supporter really does a good job at this. The way that it controls the position of the jaw and prevents it from putting pressure on the throat is quite smart. It's a really good way of attacking the problem, in which stop snoring exercises have problems with.

I know that they technically try to strengthen the muscles that control the jaw, so you don't need something to support it. But the reality is that you probably already have strong muscles. The issue is that when you go to sleep your muscles will go limp. It's just the reality of sleep. And for some people their muscle sags a little too much.
